Celebrating the 100th & 101st Day of School is a momentous occasion at Hardy Elementary, a joyful reminder of the progress and learning achieved during the academic year. This event marks a key milestone in the journey of our young learners, and it's a day filled with educational and fun activities centered around the number 100. Students engage in various projects and exercises that encourage mathematical thinking and creativity, such as counting 100 items, creating 100-day posters, and more.
What makes these days even more memorable is the tradition of kids and teachers dressing up as 100-year-olds, complete with gray wigs, canes, and wrinkles. And dressing up as the 101 dalmatians on the 101st day.
It's not only an opportunity for students to reflect on their accomplishments but also to inspire excitement for the continued growth and exploration that the rest of the school year promises. The 100th Day of School at Hardy Elementary is a celebration of both achievement and the endless possibilities of learning.
