 Device Issues?

If your student's device is broken or not working, please don't return it to the school. Instead, contact the Online Learning Support Line at 619-732-1400 for assistance. A technician will guide you on fixing or exchanging the device.  

Internet Connection Help

For internet connection assistance, call the SDUSD Family Support Line at (619) 260-2460 to explore available options. Bilingual-Spanish support is available from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. on select Saturdays (Aug. 29, Sept. 5, and Sept. 12).  

Laptop Care Tips  

  • We recommend students to:
  • Fully charge the laptop nightly
  • Use it in a common area indoors
  • Place it on a desk or table, not on the floor
  • Keep it away from food, liquids, and pets

For help with district Chromebooks and other online learning devices, call the Online Learning Technical Support Line at (619) 732-1400. Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm (Sept. 1 - Oct. 31).
